Microneedling

Also known as Collagen Induction Therapy or micro-penning, micro-needling is an effective treatment for smoothing skin texture, fine lines, wrinkles and scars. During this treatment, the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream applied. A hand held device with sterile needle clusters is used on the skin to make micro punctures. The micro punctures stimulate the body's healing response to produce collagen and elastin, the building blocks of skin, providing beautiful results. Special serums are applied to the skin producing a plumping and firming outcome.

  • Essential European Facial (60-min)

    Give your skin the attention it deserves with a full skin analysis, luxurious deep cleansing, deep exfoliation, extractions (if needed), and mask. This lovely facial will address any of your skin care concerns as treatment steps are tailored to your skin’s individual needs. Includes a soothing massage for the face, neck, and decollete.

  • Age Defying Facial (75-min)

     $129

    The goal of this facial is plumping, firming and hydration. Beginning with cleansing and deep pore exfoliation, dead skin cells are removed to expose brighter and fresher skin. Stimulating percussive facial massage invigorates the tissue from within. The facial will conclude with Vitamin A and C serum,collagen infusion and hydrating mask to expose more youthful, healthier skin.

  • Back Facial (45-min)

     $89

    Each back facial begins with cleansing, deep exfoliation and extractions to treat any areas of congestion. A customized mask is then applied to address specific issues. This is a great treatment for any special event or those party dresses.

  • Ideal Facial (90-min)

     $159

    When only the best will do--After a comprehensive skin analysis, start with a double deep cleanse and exfoliation, followed by hot towel treatment and extractions, if necessary. Relax and indulge during the facial massage. Since each facial is personalized to individual skin needs, a customized mask that best suits your skin will be applied or multi-masking will be done if appropriate Each ideal facial will include your choice of hand or scalp massage.This facial will leave you refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated.

  • Teen facial (60-min)

    Recommended for ages 11-17--Great skin care begins with proper education and information. Each customized facial will include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, facial massage and masking. During this session the esthetician will also discuss proper home care strategies and product use instruction.

Sugaring: Benefits

Sugar Ingredients  Sugar paste contains: sugar, water, and lemon juice... There is no fragrance, color, or additives in sugar paste. Sugaring is so gentle that it is the #1 hair removal method used for cancer patients undergoing chemo & radiation therapies. Wax contains: resin, synthetic ingredients, preservatives and chemicals.

Sugar does not adhere to live skin  Sugar will exfoliate dead skin cells and grab onto hairs, but will not cause redness of the skin as it does not unnecessarily remove live skin like wax does. The end result is silky soft, smooth skin! Sugar paste is water soluble and live skin cells are wet, therefore sugar paste will not adhere to live skin cells. It is gentle enough to go over the same area more than once to remove more stubborn hair without causing skin trauma & damage. Waxing can produce skin irritation & redness lasting days.

Sugar is sanitary  Sugaring paste is non-comedogenic (will not clog pores) and is hypoallergenic. Bacteria cannot breed in a tub of sugar.

Longer lasting  Sugar paste "hugs" each hair and removes it from its root whereas wax has a high percentage of hair breakage at the skin’s surface. With sugar hair is removed out of the follicle in the natural direction of growth. With wax, clients face early regrowth of hair due to breakage. As the wax hardens on the hair, the tendency to break it off at the skin's surface is much greater.

Temperature  Sugar is applied at body temperature and will not burn skin. Wax is heated to a high degree so that it is liquefied and easy to spread which can cause burns & scarring on the skin.

Easy clean up  Sugar is easily removed with water. Due to resins contained in wax, chemicals must be used to removed wax residue.

Preparation:

Please come to your appointment free of lotion or oil on your skin. Exfoliate the day before to lift off the dead skin cells so the hair will come out easier. Drink lots of water and refrain from drinking caffeine the day of your appointment to reduce discomfort. It is helpful if you wear loose fitting clothing to prevent chafing. We recommend at least 3 weeks of hair growth prior to your appointment as shorter hair may not be ready to be picked up by the sugar. Your service will be over before you know it, many services can be completed in under 15 minutes, including the Brazilian!

After Care:

For the first 24-48 hours after your service, it is recommended that you avoid tight clothing, hot baths/tubs, saunas/steam rooms, sun exposure/tanning beds, perfumes/scented moisturizers, and exercise that would excessive sweating.
